Step 7: Complete Informative Returns (480s)

1. From the Print/Preview menu, select Informative (480s). The Print 480's window appears.
2. Select the company from the Companies list and the type of informative return from the Choice form section.
3. Make sure that you have printed or created the digital file for the selected type of return and company.
4. Click the button on the Print/Preview section.
5. On the next two Completed pop-up window, click Yes.
6. To confirm that all your returns were marked, click on the Edit section. In the Edit data window, the Printed column checkbox is selected for all contractors.
7. Continue on the Print the 480.5 Summary Report section. You must file this report on paper along with the Informative Returns also submitted on paper. If you will submit the digital file, you do not need to print it.

1. If you wish to select the contractors to be marked as completed, click . The Edit data window appears.
2. Select the contractor and click Printed. To select multiple contractors hold the Ctrl key in your keyboard and click them. The checkbox in the Printed column for the chosen contractors will be selected.

To remove the check mark, select the contractors and click Not Printed.

3. Click OK to exit the Edit data window.
4. Click Yes again to confirm your action.
5. Click OK.
6. Continue on the Print the 480.5 Summary Report section. You must file this report on paper along with the Informative Returns also submitted on paper. If you will submit the digital file, you do not need to print it.
