480.5 Summary Report

Follow these steps to print the 480.5 Summary Report. This report must be filed on paper if you will file less than five Informative Returns on paper.

If you created the digital file you do not need to file the 480.5 Summary Report on paper, because this report is automatically included in the digital file.

1. From the Print/Preview menu, select Informative (480s).
2. On the Print 480's window, click the button located in the Print/Preview section.

You can only print this report after you have marked the returns Completed.

3. On the Continue? pop-up window, click Yes. The Printer Setup pop-up appears.

4. Click Setup to choose the printer.
5. In Copies select how many copies of the report will be printed.
6. Click the DO NOT SAVE each pdf on my hard drive checkbox to avoid saving an automatic copy of the report in "C:\Program Files\PRPay\[Year]\Pdf Completed Returns\[Company Name] 480".
7. Click OK to print or Cancel to exit the Printer Setup window.
8. Continue on the Control Numbers Report section.
