Reindex and Rebuild Files

This function keeps your files clean and orderly. Do this especially when you have purged or deleted data, changed the data path, or when you receive an on-screen message to do so. It not only checks that the files are in proper form, but also cleans up phantom records left over from the deleting functions. This is a housekeeping utility that may be run any time.

Reindexing is accomplished every time you start PRPay, but at a “light” level, so as not to take too much time. The reindexing you do yourself will accomplish more housekeeping than the automatic one.

1. Click File/Reindex and rebuild files.
2. Click OK on the Reindex pop-up window to begin the process.

• The system will begin the reindex and rebuild process.

3. Continue working with PRPay as usual.
