Updating a Contractor

This section describes how to edit the information of a contractor.

If you wish for a particular contractor to appear updated in a report, edit the contractor before creating the report.

  1. From the Data Entry menu, select Contractors.
  2. Select the company from the Company drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select the contractor from the list or perform a search if the list is too long.
  4. Change the necessary data. For complete instructions on using this screen, please refer to Adding a Contractor.
  5. Click the Save button on the toolbar or click File > Save Changes.
